Software Engineer
Responsibilities
Involvement in all SDLC aspects in our web applications, web services and business logic layers.
Learn, collaborate, and share your knowledge with other team members.
Communicate effectively with the support team and customers in resolving product issues.
Requirements
Substantial skill and interest in web development, layered architectures, web services, and business logic.
Experience in frameworks/stack of your language competencies, e.g. LAMP, MVC frameworks, Java Framework Stack (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
Familiarity with messaging, performance tuning, profiling, and caching is a definite advantage.
Strong sense of design patterns, OO concepts, and concurrency.
For web development applicants:
Skillful in using JavaScript, HTML and any of these languages for web programming: PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python.
Experienced in LAMP stack, MVC frameworks and design principles.
For Java development applicants:

Linux System Administrator
Responsibilities
Ensure high availability of mission-critical Linux systems.
Proactively monitor and address system problems.
Performance tune and capacity plan for future growth.
Install new servers and scale existing servers to meet performance targets.
Handle backups and disaster recovery plans.
The 24/7 mission-critical nature of this role means that emergency on-call response may be needed after office hours.
Requirements
Experienced in using Linux as a networked server, particularly with Debian/Ubuntu.
Familiar with Apache, MySQL, Java, firewalling, DNS, and SMTP.
Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities
Involvement in all SDLC aspects, in creating our robust and high-performance back-end system services and edge services.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in C, shell scripts, and at least one other mainstream programming language.
Deep understanding of network programming, HTTP, DNS, and distributed computing technologies.
Familiarity with Debian package management is an advantage.
