Overview
Operators within our ecosystem deploy servers around the world, in turn forming a global network of CDN Servers that can be used for content delivering purpose. In order to help manage scalability and to allow our operators to market their CDN Services, we operate FlexiMart - a system that allows operators to share infrastructure, by allowing them to buy, sell and trade capacity, on-the-fly, both at a fixed price and via bidding.
Search Engine
FlexiMart also includes a powerful search engine, which enables regional bandwidth searching and scale down to "All Time" and "Off Peak Only" traffic.. Using this system, one can quickly discover all the available bandwidth within specific regions offered by different Operators. This allows buyers to enhance traffic performance at desired locations and time period by purchasing region-specific bandwidth instead of global bandwidth.
Research and Improvement
Research and improvement on Fleximart features plays an important role in Aflexi. For example, one of our current projects involves system intelligence where the system will forecast, negotiate and eventually suggest the right deal to the buyer/seller.
